Shipping Policy

We aim to get you your favorite products as soon as possible. Here’s how it goes:

1. Currently we are conducting shipping Pan India only. If you purchase the product in India, and add in an international address; the order will not be delivered, all shipping is done only within India but we are working on going global very soon.

2. As there are multiple genres of products available, the shipping time differs for different categories and brands. Merchandise will be dispatched and delivered between 4-10 days after the order is confirmed. Wellness products will be dispatched and delivered between 2-7 days. Please read the product descriptions for any exceptions in delivery times before placing your order.

Please note: If you have ordered products from different brands, the order will reach you in installments as the products come directly from the brand warehouse.

3. Due to unforeseen circumstances like the COVID-19 pandemic, regulations, natural causes, or political upheavals, shipping might be affected and alter delivery. In these circumstances, we will keep you updated on a real time basis and aim to deliver your order as soon as possible.

4. Some products are Made-to-Order and are slow fashion – any delays from the designers and brands with regards to production process will be conveyed to you on a real time basis and you as a customer have the right to either continue to accept or cancel the order or have store credit.

5. The process involves various team players – designers, delivery teams and border controls – owing to this, there may be anomalies in delivery times but we strive to keep these to a minimum.

6. Our delivery teams will attempt to deliver your purchase two times over a period of four business days before it is considered a non-delivery and sent back to the designer. In such cases, you will be given store credit or will have to bear the cost of re-shipment.

7. The shipping cost will be calculated based on weight of the products and the distance taken by our shipping partner.

8. All deliveries require the named person’s signature, so please ensure you’re available at your selected delivery address.

9. Should we fail to deliver products due to unavailability, poor product quality, inventory or other internal issues, we will cancel your order and offer you a full refund.
