Returns – Exchange Policy
Returns / Exchanges :
We strive to make and ship your order to match your wishes, however, in circumstances they don’t, here how we can go about it:
1. Once the order is delivered to you and it does not meet your expectations, please let us know within three days of you receiving it either via email at email@example.com or through our social media channels.
2. In order to exchange or return your product, please contact us with your order number and reasoning of your return or exchange. Only after we have reviewed and confirmed the process, please kindly proceed with shipping the products back to us with the tracking number, at your own expense through a reliable shipping partner. After review we will go ahead with the desired process of return/exchange or refund.
3. No lingerie; personal wellness; customized or on sale products will be returned or exchanged.
4. Please note, we do not accept any returns or exchanges if products are:
– Used or worn or altered or washed
– Not in the actual state it was received in
5. We try to deliver to you in the quickest and best way possible, however, during transit packages may be damaged; or you may receive the wrong product; or there is a manufacturing defect – in these circumstances your order will be exchanged and replaced at no extra cost to you.
6. If you have any doubts about a product regarding sizes or fabrics, let us know before you purchase it in order for us to serve you with what works best.
7. Refunds will be directed towards the same mode of payment in which the order was purchased.
